-A vector based design is a design that uses shapes and lines to provide for outstanding quality. Vector based designs are created in Adobe Illustrator.

-Color impacts how the viewer interprets the design. Certain colors cause different emotions, such as warm colors, cool colors, and black and white. Its used effectively when color exhibits the message the designer wants to portray.7. What is a raster-based image and how is it created?
-Raster-based images are made of pixels and are created through programs like Adobe Photoshop. It is effective to use pixels instead of vector maps when working with different designs and that will vary per client.

-The higher the resolution, the better the quality. On the computer, a minimum of 72 res is needed, but to print, a minimum of 300 res is needed. Size is a huge factor when analyzing the purpose of a design. The larger the design, the more details it might need to display and the resolution needs to be higher as well.
